Health Assistance in Gaza

With the rapid deterioration of the healthcare system in the Gaza Strip, medical care has become the last line of defense against an impending humanitarian catastrophe. Hospitals and health centers are facing acute shortages of medicines, medical supplies, and the fuel needed to operate critical equipment—amid an unprecedented rise in the number of wounded and sick, especially in hard-hit and remote areas. In response to this dire situation, Aksa Association launched the Health Aid Project, aimed at supporting Gaza’s medical sector and enhancing its ability to continue providing essential services. The project includes the provision of emergency medicines, medical kits, equipment, and supplies, in addition to supporting ambulance units and health centers with fuel and operational necessities. The project is implemented in cooperation with relevant health authorities and based on thorough field assessments that ensure aid reaches hospitals and centers under severe strain. Aksa’s teams maintain constant coordination with medical staff on the ground to deliver timely and appropriate support. This project is not limited to supplying equipment—it plays a vital role in saving lives, alleviating the suffering of the wounded and ill, and improving access to urgent healthcare for the most vulnerable groups, particularly children, the elderly, and displaced families. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Aksa Association continues to fill critical gaps in the healthcare sector and upholds the dignity and right to treatment for every human being. This project is an investment in life—a humanitarian mission defined by compassion and commitment.
